Marc OHANA est professeur de comportement organisationnel et de ressources humaines à KEDGE Business School depuis 2010. Il a obtenu son habilitation à diriger des recherches à l’université de Paris Dauphine et son doctorat à l’université d’Aix-Marseille. Ses recherches portent principalement sur la justice organisationnelle, l’échange social, l’identité sociale et la micro-RSE. Il enseigne le leadership au niveau master et à des publics professionnels.
