Aurore Darmandieu did her PhD in cotutelle between the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour, France, and the Universidad de Zaragoza, Spain (2018-2022) under the supervision of Professor Antoine Renucci and Professor Concepción Garcés-Ayerbe. In her PhD, she explored diverse paths available to private and public organisations to integrate environmental sustainability in their policies and practices, and some implications of this integration. In practice, actions at the organizational level (eco-innovations for instance) as well as actions at the individual level (pro-environmental behavior of employees or users) were investigated. 

Since 2023, she is an associate professor in management at the college of European and International Studies of the Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour.

  • 2025 - present : Academic coordinator of the first year of the double-degree program in International Law, Economics and Management (DEGI)
  • 2024 - present : Academic coordinator of the second year of the Master's degree in Management and International Commerce in Latin America, University School of Management (IAE) Pau-Bayonne
  • 2025 - present : Social Responsibility Officer at the University School of Management (IAE) Pau-Bayonne
